REMOVE LIGHT RAIL FROM THE I-5 BRIDGE PROJECT
Light rail has no place in the Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) project. This costly and ineffective plan would burden taxpayers with billions in expenses while failing to reduce congestion or improve daily commutes for Southwest Washington residents. Instead of forcing a failing transit model on our communities, we need real transportation solutions that prioritize efficiency, affordability, and safety.
It’s time to push back against wasteful spending and demand a better approach—one that truly serves the people of Southwest Washington. Join the fight to remove light rail from the I-5 project and ensure our tax dollars are spent wisely.

TAKE ACTION
We need your help to continue the fight and to make sure our voices are heard. Sign the petition today and tell project and your city leaders: No Light Rail on the I-5 Bridge!

THE CITY OF CAMAS RESOLUTION
I authored the Camas City Council resolution opposing light rail in the Interstate Bridge Replacement project because it’s an expensive, ineffective plan that our community cannot afford. The resolution passed unanimously, sending a clear message that Camas rejects wasteful spending on a project that won’t solve our traffic problems. This should be a wake-up call for other municipalities in Southwest Washington—we must stand together to demand smarter, more fiscally responsible transportation solutions.
